Srednesrochnye rezul'taty lecheniya tyazheloj deformacii perednego otdela stopy u pacientov pozhilogo vozrasta

Kompleksnye tyazhelye deformacii perednego otdela stopy u pozhilyh pacientov, ne stradayushchih revmatoidnym artritom, harakterizuyutsya vyrazhennym snizheniem kachestva zhizni, formirovaniem hronicheskogo bolevogo sindroma, obshchej mobil'nosti s nevozmozhnost'yu podbora obuvi dlya ezhednevnogo ispol'zovaniya, usugubleniem techeniya soputstvuyushchih somaticheskih zabolevanij. Ispol'zovanie klassicheskih, sohranyayushchih sustav tekhnik dannyh pacientov zachastuyu privodit k recidivu deformacii, stojkomu sohraneniyu neobhodimosti revizionnyh vmeshatel'stv, chasto nevozmozhnyh iz-za usugubleniya obshchesomaticheskogo ili mestnogo statusa pacienta. Cel'yu issledovaniya bylo uluchshit' rezul'taty hirurgicheskogo lecheniya pozhilogo vozrasta, tyazheloj deformaciej stopy. Provedeno prospektivnoe kogortnoe issledovanie vydeleniem retrospektivnoj gruppy sravneniya rezul'tatov operativnogo 65 2016 po 2019 g. Rezul'taty do i posle operacii ocenivali shkalam FFI, AOFAS Hallux, Lesser Toes. Ocenku v posleoperacionnom periode provodili shkale Maryland. V issledovanii polucheny statisticheski znachimye razlichiya Hallux (p = 0,0001), Toes FFI Maryland 0,0001). svyazi so specifichnost'yu radikal'nye metodiki, sohranyayushchie sustav, mogut byt' rassmotreny kak effektivnyj predskazuemyj sposob korrekcii, napravlennyj na sokrashchenie yavlyayutsya odnoetapnym metodom uluchsheniya zhizni pacientov.
